Dutch law applies to our agreements. The C.I.S.G. does not apply, nor does any other international regulation from which exclusion is permitted. Only the civil court that has jurisdiction in the place of business of the contractor takes cognizance of disputes, unless this is contrary to mandatory law. The contractor may deviate from this jurisdiction rule and apply the statutory jurisdiction rules.
